Refund policy
🔁 Replacement Policy (YO POPPY Merch)
We offer a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a replacement.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.
✅ Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must meet one of the following conditions:
- Item arrived damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item (our error)
The item must be unused, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
📩 How to Request a Replacement
To start a request, contact us at Merch@yopoppy.com within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Items sent back without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer replacements for:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
- Minor variations in color or print placement (which can occur during production)
⚠️ Additional Information
All items are made-to-order. Please double-check your size and order details before completing your purchase.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
🌍 European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We do not offer refunds. Only approved replacement requests will be processed.
